What are you trying to achieve for your people, how many are involved, and roughly when. We start there.

A tailored programme outline with activities, duration, venue options and a full cost breakdown including the claimable portion.

We prepare the documentation and put the grant application through, structured to meet requirements first time.

Full on site coordination, from facilitation and activities through to the gala dinner if that is part of it.

Attendance records, feedback and evaluation, then the claim submission. You get the report and the reimbursement, not the admin.
